i'm blogging! (: okay, today my main purpose would be to talk about the topic:

''Personal > The Civil Society''

okay, i'm seriously not targeting at Jia Jin. that's not my purpose. Mr Heng talked about this topic during our English lesson today and it triggered my thoughts quite a bit so here i am to talk about it.

singaporeans are all selfish creatures that are apparently oblivious about the people in their surrounding. for instance, like Jia Jin's case, he ate on the bus and got caught red-handed in his catholic high uniform. did he actually think about the consequences before he act? did he even think he will tarnish the reputation of the school? okay, i am not pinpointing him now as he has realised his mistakes. actually, i'm talking about ALL SINGAPOREANS including me. Honestly, would anyone say he had not done anything that has cause disturbances to the public just for his own benefits? i guess the answer for most of us would be a NO. right? we had never ever thought of the severity of the consequences that our act would lead us to, especially when we are doing the act. not just the consequences alone, but have we thought how our act would actually cause inconvenience to others and affect their mood as well? and the worst part of it is, when we are caught, we would give millions of excuse just to deny the fact that we are in the wrong. that's simply being a coward and not having the most basic guts that we humans should have. which means to say we would rather disregard our own sets of principles just in order to avoid facing the music. how pathetic is that?

okay end of the topic. i know it isn't well written but i'm just rambling some of my thoughts. no offence to Jia Jin. i realised he's really a poor thing to be ostracised by the whole class. i've decided not to provoke him anymore. (: i shall be a nice chap. :D

that's all the day.
